Steve Ludlow co-founded Ludtec (formerly Harlow Group) in 2009 on the back of having managed and grown other recruitment businesses in Australia for over eight years prior. Steve is passionate about the the tech sector and supporting companies and people to achieve exponential growth.
Steve was inspired to create a recruitment company that provides an elevated experience to its clients, candidates and staff. Steve draws upon both his vast recruitment knowledge and sales management experience to deliver unique insight and advice on the journey to building his clients top performing sales, executive and delivery teams. Steve brings finely-tuned, high level, executive search methodologies to the Ludtec team and every recruitment project he is engaged on.
