Role Reporting directly to the company CEO and as part of the company's leadership team, the Director of Business Development for APAC will:

  • Craft and execute go-to-market strategies to expand market footprint across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Drive the development and negotiation of high-value contracts, leveraging deep industry insights to meet diverse client needs.

  • Initiate engagement with prospective insurers not yet using the platform.

  • Manage strategic account relationships to enhance customer success and expand the company's product footprint.

  • Play a role as the face of the organisation in PR opportunities, industry events and alike.

  • Serve as a critical link between market demands and product solutions, collaborating with product management to innovate and ensure the company's offerings continue to lead the market.


You

  • Strategic Technology Sales Experience: A proven history of success in selling technology to high-level stakeholders in a complex selling environment.

  • Insurance Industry Expert: Deep connections within the insurance sector and a thorough understanding of its challenges and opportunities.

  • High-Stakes Selling & Relationship Management Skills: You have had career success selling large scale solutions into enterprise level clientele.

  • Innovative Strategist: Ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends, with a strong orientation towards results and problem-solving.

  • Commercial Acumen: Able to effectively challenge client perspectives and demonstrate the economic benefits of technology solutions through a consultative sales approach.

  • We are considering established Sales Directors ready to make an impact, and Senior Account Executives ready for the next step.
