Role
This is a senior, high-impact enterprise sales leadership role responsible for all sales activity across ANZ, reporting to the Managing Director.
You’ll lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for large, complex pursuits (typically $1m+ ARR with significant implementation/services components), primarily into State Government within the Justice/Corrections portfolio, as well as select private operators.
What you’ll be doing:
Own ANZ pipeline creation and conversion: strategy, prospecting, account plans, executive engagement and partner influence.
Lead RFx/tender-led enterprise selling: probity-safe engagement, stakeholder mapping, solution shaping, bid discipline and negotiations.
Position a full-suite platform covering offender/case management, prisoner self-service and secure digital communications, and help agencies move from legacy/on-prem environments to modern approaches (including cloud where appropriate).
Run a collaborative “team-sell” motion with technical world-class local specialists and delivery resources.
You
This role is built for a senior seller who can walk into a Justice/Corrections buying environment and be instantly credible. You’ll ideally bring:
Proven success selling complex technology solutions into State Government, ideally you have direct experience with NSW Justice/Corrections.
Strong tender/RFI/RFP capability with multi-year sales cycles and many decision makers/influencers.
Corrections/prisons domain familiarity (highly preferred) — or adjacent experience selling into similarly regulated, security-sensitive environments.
Ability to sell both the hard ROI and the mission: productivity uplift, risk/security posture, and improved operational outcomes.
A mature leadership presence: you can set direction, guide activity, and represent the business at senior levels.
Background from adjacent prison suppliers (e.g., offender management, prisoner communications/telephony, security infrastructure/CCTV/access control, electronic monitoring, Corrections IT services, Corrections ERP) will be looked upon very favourably.
